Red Hill dusk

Red Hill (in southern Canberra) is a great location for shooting storms rolling in the from the east – often with a spectacular sunset behind the Tidbinbilla Range happening in the west at the same time.  Davidson Hill – at the eastern end of the Red Hill ridge – in particular offers a great range of angles (and is relatively easy to lug gear onto!)

Storms to the north east – and clouds building over the Brindabellas to the south west.

Always plenty of roos on Red Hill to keep you company while waiting for the light.
